Easy learning for how to use the app!
Post Black Belt is a personal diary app for Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. We will show you how to record today's workout and review and analyze your Jiu-Jitsu in various ways. You can access multiple features based on the three bottom navigation options.

Check your exercise records in calendar
Write today's exercise as a diary entry and create your own jiu-jitsu calendar. You can swipe the calendar left or right to change the month and select specific dates to view the diary entries you've written below. Check your jiu-jitsu records for the month at a glance.

Stamp today's jiu-jitsu on the monthly calendar
In the monthly calendar, pressing the black plus button allows you to write a diary entry for that date. Choose from practice, sparring day, no-gi, and other categories to stamp your training for the day. Memo entries do not count towards your training frequency, so feel free to use them for note-taking or planning competitions.

Categorize Your Diary by Techniques
You can write down various information about today's workout. First, turn on the skill tree toggle button, and then you can choose skills like standing, guard, and guard pass when writing your diary. Your diary will then be categorized in the skill tree tab. Note that multi-selection of skills is not yet supported, so you will have to write a separate diary for each skill.

Write Your Training Content in Diary
By turning on the diary toggle button, you can elaborate on today's workout. You can write up to 1000 characters, so feel free to detail your workout or review!

Add Sparring, Link Information
If you want to include more information, you can record the number of sparring rounds and also add links.
💡 Tip! Utilize the Notepad
If you find a technique you want to learn, use the notepad category to write your diary, and add YouTube or Instagram links. It will be convenient to open this diary at the gym and practice right away.
Remember today's exercise by creating an image
Create images that include the date, diary category, and your belt information from your workout photos. Belt information can be edited in your profile page.

You can additionally record your workout time or temporarily change the diary category. This feature is activated on the date the diary is written in the monthly calendar.

Check your memos by month
Clicking on the 'Memo' button at the top menu allows you to view all your memo category entries for the month.

Publish your own weekly jiu-jitsu report
Post Black Belt analyzes various events based on your diary entries, such as attendance, technique tree, competitions, and promotions. Take some time to review your weekly jiu-jitsu activities.
